 Service Coverage

• Includes treatment of household pests (ants, roaches, spiders, etc.), rats, bats, drywood and subterranean termites, and wildlife trapping.

• Exclusions (if any) should be clearly stated 

 Appointments & Cancellations

• Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

• Missed appointments may incur a fee.

 Customer Obligations

• Clients are responsible for securing pets and granting access to the property.

• Specific preparations may be required for certain treatments (e.g., termite tenting or attic inspections).

 Limitations of Liability

• PestArmor is not liable for property damage caused by wildlife or pests before treatment begins.

• Results may vary depending on environmental factors; full elimination not guaranteed in all cases.

• Late payments may incur interest or collection fees.
