Not only does the company take care of the Village Oaks community and does an outstanding job they also complete WDO (wood dwelling organism) inspections (for refi in my case). Kris Cafiero came out personally, he is the owner, within 2 days of my call. The price is the best I could find and he was not only personable but thorough. He inspected the entire home,
checking baseboards as well as into the attic. Great service, and a good guy. His office staff was incredible. Highly recommend!
